The City of Adelaide Governance Review

Summary
In April 1997 the Premier of South Australia announced the establishment of the Governance Review Advisory Group. The Terms of Reference for the project outlined a number of issues including; the electoral franchise and the arrangement for ward boundaries. It is these issues that The Centre for Teaching and Research in GIS (GISCA) was contracted to review. This review examines the impact of changes to the existing franchise in relation to the existing Council ward structure.
